Liz: I ended up calling up B&Bs in the area, and I managed to find one who had a cancellation. At $175/night, it beats the Best Western on East Hill Plaza in terms of location and price, but perhaps not in proximity to Wingz(s over Ithaca).

'''Da Bones''' are the trombone and baritone sections of the Cornell University Big Red Marching Band and Big Red Pep Band. They are - musically, socially, and spiritually - the heart and soul of both groups. Da Bones are based at Cornell's main campus in Ithaca, New York, but their influence extends both across the United States and internationally.

Perhaps the best description of Da Bones is found on their insignia: "The trombones, in particular, are known for their general willingness to party." Bone alumni are among the most active of all the sections of the BRMB. In particular, Bones always are a strong presence at <strike>Homecoming</strike> Bonecoming. Da Bones are the rivals of, and infinitely superior to, the Big Red Trumpets.
